Five days in a private monte in the cork oak plains of Alentejo — no agenda-setting, no workshops, no keynotes. The programme is built around deep rest, facilitated thinking sessions one-to-one with an executive coach, and long unstructured mornings that give the mind room to reorganise itself. Past guests have made decisions they had been unable to make for months. The constraint is the design: six guests, always.
